Our range of materials

Manufactured in Italy using state-of-the-art technology to ensure the highest quality standards while minimising our environmental footprint.

BIODURA

Derived from nature, ideal for creating unique, durable objects with an environmentally conscious vision and responsible attitude toward the future.

Made from renewable natural resources, BIODURA is recyclable and biodegradable under defined conditions.

The BIODURA range of materials has been developed to replace conventional plastics in the production of durable goods, including design products, sports equipment, and electronic components.

BIODURA materials offer:

• Excellent aesthetics combined with reliable mechanical performance
• Certifiable renewable origin (Biobased Carbon Content)
• Heat resistance up to 95°C

BIODURA grades are available for injection molding processes and for extrusion processes.

BIODEGRA

Specifically created to produce industrially compostable and even home-compostable packaging. Its key strengths are transparency and resistance to high temperatures.

Dedicated to the packaging sector, it combines advanced technical properties with biodegradability.

The BIODEGRA range of materials enables the production of capsules and pouches for infusions, as well as films and trays, which are:

  • Compliant with EN 13432:2002 requirements (Industrial Composting) and EN 17427:2022 requirements (Home Composting).
  • Suitable for food contact.
  • Resistant to temperatures up to 95°C.
  • Easily recyclable through mechanical recycling (PIR - Pre-consumer Recycling).

BIODEGRA grades are available for blown film extrusion, cast film extrusion, and paper and paperboard extrusion coating processes.

TERRALIX

Fully biodegradable in soil, it replaces conventional plastic, supporting more sustainable agricultural practices.
certificazione-degradabile

High performance and Soil Biodegradability ensure reliable functionality while preserving the health of the land.

The TERRALIX range of materials is specifically designed for the production of technical agricultural applications, including mulch films, ties, and plant protection products.

Technical  agricultural products made from TERRALIX can be left to biodegrade directly in the field after use. Even in the event of accidental dispersion, they do not generate microplastics and are designed to fully biodegrade in soil, helping prevent their accumulation in the environment.

Technical  agricultural products made from TERRALIX are:

• Compliant with the soil biodegradability requirements of ISO 17556:2019.
• Resistant to water and atmospheric agents (weathering)
• Free from PFAS, oxo-degradable additives, and heavy metals

TERRALIX grades are available for a wide range of processing technologies, including injection moulding, extrusion, and blown film extrusion.
