Our range of materials

Made in Italy using state-of-the-art technology, to ensure the highest level of quality while minimizing our footprint on the Planet.

BIODURA

Derived from nature, ideal for creating unique, durable objects with an environmentally conscious vision and responsible attitude toward the future.

Of natural origin, it is recyclable and biodegradable, but only under defined conditions.

The BIODURA range of materials replaces conventional plastics and enables the production of durable items—such as design products, sporting goods, and electronic components—distinguished by:

• Excellent aesthetics and good mechanical performance
• Certifiable renewable origin (Biobased Carbon Content)
• Heat resistance up to 95°C

BIODURA grades specifically available for injection molding processes and for extrusion processes.

BIODEGRA

Specifically created to produce industrially compostable and even home-compostable packaging. Its strengths are transparency, resistance to high temperatures.

Dedicated to the packaging sector, it combines advanced technical properties with biodegradability.

The BIODEGRA material range enables the production of capsules and pouches for infusions, as well as films and trays, which are:

  • Compliant with EN 13432 requirements (Industrial Composting) and EN 17427:2022 requirements (Home Composting).
  • Suitable for food contact.
  • Transparent.
  • Resistant to temperatures up to 95°C.
  • Easily recyclable through mechanical recycling (PIR - Pre-consumer Recycling).

Available BIODEGRA grades suitable for blown film extrusion, extrusion and film casting processes. Grades suitable for paper and paperboard lamination were also developed.

TERRALIX

Completely biodegradable in soil, it eliminates the problem of microplastics, making agricultural practices more sustainable.
certificazione-degradabile

High performances and Soil biodegradability ensure functionality while respecting the land.

The TERRALIX range of materials is used in the production of technical equipments for agriculture.

Mulch films, ties, and plant protection items made from TERRALIX can be left to decompose directly in the field.

If accidentally dispersed, they do not cause negative environmental effects and do not generate microplastics.

Items made of TERRALIX are:

• Compliant with the soil biodegradability requirements of ISO 17556:2019
• Resistant to water and atmospheric agents (weathering)
• Free from water-soluble additives, oxo-degradable additives, and heavy metals

Available TERRALIX grades specifically designed for injection molding process, extrusion process and for blown film extrusion process.
